Santa Lucia has
created ten coffee estates. Each sits on gently rolling
volcanic soils planted to productive coffee trees. Along
with forested land, the coffee estates occupy a high plain
where a portion of the property falls off sharply into
the valley. At 4,000 feet above sea level, the land
offers a magnificent view of the Orósi Valley.
Perched on the break is a
spectacular building site with panoramic views of the
mountains to the north, and the Orósi Valley with the
white water Reventazon River to the south, all
surrounded by tropical mountains. The Santa Lucia Coffee
Estates are snuggled away off the main road and out of sight.
The coffee estates offered vary in size from 1.5 to 9
acres, and range in price from $139,000 to $219,000 USD. Municipal water and electricity are installed to
each property
